Every rental includes a custom template tailored to your event’s theme, colors, and branding. Choose from our template gallery or let us create something completely from scratch. Classic 2×6 photo strips are included, with larger 4×6 and 6×8 postcard prints available as upgrades.

Happy Shots is a locally owned and personally operated Las Vegas photo booth company. We do not subcontract bookings or accept white-label work from national vendors or brokers.
From your initial inquiry through the completion of your event, you are working directly with the company you hired. The equipment, attendants, preparation, and service are all provided by Happy Shots – giving you consistency, accountability, and no unexpected handoffs.
For private events, we offer two flexible payment options:
Option 1: 20% retainer, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the event.
Option 2: 50% retainer, with the remaining balance due 10 days prior to the event.
You are also welcome to pay in full at booking. Please note that event dates cannot be reserved without a retainer.
Our ideal setup area is 12′ × 12′ with an 8′ 5″ ceiling clearance. If space is limited, we can usually condense our footprint down to 9′ × 9′.
We simply require access to a standard 3-prong electrical outlet within 25 feet of the booth location.

Setup usually takes about 60 minutes, but we typically arrive 75 minutes prior to your event to make sure lighting and camera settings are fully dialed in.
We do not charge for setup or breakdown – and it never cuts into your active rental period! (If you need us set up extra early before guests arrive, idle/standby time is available upon request.)
We use professional Canon R-series mirrorless cameras paired with Godox studio strobe flashes equipped with 16-inch beauty dishes. Every setting is manually calibrated on-site to ensure high-quality, consistent results for every single shot.
