your attendant will arrive professionally dressed up to 90 minutes early to fine-tune lighting, set white balance, and conduct test sessions. this provides additional time to guarantee everything is set up on time and in a seamless and non-distracting manner.

our corporate packages offer diverse brand placements for your company’s logo, slogan, and contact information. your branding can be featured on the front-facing booth screen, the rear slideshow screen, and seamlessly overlayed on prints. moreover, we provide mms photo texting through a 10dlc, allowing you to include a web address and contact details each time a guest sends a picture to their phone.

client engagement and exposure
for events open to the public, our goal is to get your company as many high-quality impressions as we can with the photo booth. we achieve this by streamlining the photo-taking, printing, and texting process.
it is typical to get several hundred direct impressions during a 4 hour rental. tracking social media impressions is a bit more difficult, but it could easily be in the thousands depending on the number of users who share their photo online.
corporate photo booth activation pricing
events open to the public require a custom quote, mainly to consider logistics, volume, and material costs. events in a casino on the las vegas strip incur an additional $500 fee. activations on the las vegas strip, like at the toshiba plaza in front of the t-mobile arena, usually have a reduced las vegas strip fee.
for public events not on the strip or other high-capacity areas, pricing is generally in line with our regular corporate rate of $510 for 3 hours or $600 for 4 hours.
opting for a digital-only event will reduce the price by approximately 10%.
corporate private event
a photo booth is an excellent enhancement for various company gatherings and events, including holiday parties, employee family trunk-or-treats, and corporate excellence functions.
our 3 and 4-hour private event packages include 4×6 prints, mms delivery, digital delivery, custom template branding, props, backdrop, and an on-site attendant.
following the event, an online event gallery will be published, showcasing all output and individual pictures. this facilitates effortless downloading and sharing.
